What exactly is included when hiring me as your Nashville first year photographer? My promise to you is to take care of it all from the beginning until the end. Every family’s experience is personalized to them and that is why I love to chat with you before you even hire me – so I can truly get to know your family and learn about your desires for your photos. As a collective member, you get an experience that you will be so thankful you get more than once!

What Is The Collective Membership?

Becoming a Collective Member is the most popular option for expectant parents wanting to document their baby’s first year of milestones. Collective members receive 3-4 signature sessions within an 18 month period, a savings on their session fees, 25 complimentary birth announcements + an album credit at each session. 

The sessions that are typically documented throughout your baby’s first year are maternity, newborn, 6 months, and 1 year. Additional sessions are always welcome and these typically include announcement photos, 3-month, and 9-month sessions.

The first year truly does go in a blink of an eye and your little one will go through so much change. You will never regret having more photos of your baby. The one thing you will regret is looking back and wishing you had all the photos taken. And even more so, that you are in them mama. Because trust me when I say I know what it is like to have the photos of my littles, but to hardly be in any of them.

Consistency In Your Photos

When you search for a photographer, one really important thing to look for is consistency in their work. When you choose to hire me as your Nashville first year photographer to document your baby’s first year, you can expect your photos to be cohesive and beautiful as each session is thoughtfully styled and planned to coordinate together.

This is one of the biggest perks of being a collective member. Each individual signature session starts with a session fee, but as a member, those fees are drastically reduced. Along with a reduced session fee, collective members receive an album credit at each session to build a stunning first year album for your to remember all of those changes that went by too fast.

Saves You Time

Finding a photographer is no easy (or quick) task. Once you become a collective member, you only have to do the finding once and after that, I do everything for you. All signature sessions include hair and makeup so you save the hassle of doing that yourself – plus there is no better feeling than being pampered! I provide a client wardrobe for mamas and the younger littles so you will save time by not having to shop (and deal with returns) for an outfit you more than likely will never wear again.

Build Trust and A Relationship

When you do multiple sessions with the same photographer, you build a relationship. This is so important because I truly take the time to get to know you and your family’s story and tell that throughout your baby’s first year. I get to “grow with you” and remember all of the little details that you never want to forget. And on the non-professional side, it really does feel like we become best friends because I will be in your email and texts quite often making sure you are more than happy with our vision together!

Product Design

When you are a collective member, I thoughtfully capture each session with the other ones in mind so that your printed artwork all flows seamlessly together. I will help you coordinate your session outfits to flow together while keeping the other sessions in mind – I do this intentionally with the thought of each session’s photos being printed and placed on the walls of your home. At the end of our time together, you will have photos that fit perfectly together in your album or that look beautiful next to each other in your custom gallery wall.

Priority Booking

Collective members have priority access to my calendar so you can rest easy knowing you never have to worry about last-minute bookings. As a mama myself, I only take on a limited number of sessions a month so I am able to pour into my littles as much as I pour into my clients.

Leave The Scheduling To Me

Once you become a collective member, I take care of all the scheduling. All I need is your due date and your sessions will be set on my calendar. And of course, as those future sessions approach, I will be there to remind you when it’s time to finalize a date to capture all of those milestones.
